Primal Mobility Massage assists with injury prevention. As we age, our bodies become less malleable, which increases tension, causes pain, misalignments and movement dysfunctions.

Our strength programming is predicated around compound movements, which expands the strength maneuvering capabilities of the body through object lifting and climbing techniques.

Our programming utilizes climbing, pressing, and pulling exercises, bringing life and strength back to the upper body.
