We use the TrueCoach app to distribute our programming, track completed routines and communicate with trainers.
After we confirm your service and programming purchase, we send you an email invitation through TrueCoach to sign up for your account.
Underneath the exercise list you will find the interval time that applies to each exercise. The first number being the “on” interval where you will perform the exercise followed by the “off” interval where you will rest.
Below interval ties are the round ranges, aka how many times you will repeat the exercise list. The first number is the minimum and the second number is the maximum.
Lastly, you will see the duration times that your routine will take to complete.
Need help remembering exercises? Our demo video playlists provide short video demonstrations of each movement in the exercise list.

Let’s say on this particular day you only had time to finish part 1, you would press “Add results for A”.
• Then press “Mark this activity complete” for Part 1 finishing with “Add Results for A”
• This will track that you have completed Part 1, but not the whole routine leaving Part 2 blank.
• Later you complete Part 2 of your routine. Check off Part 2 and hit “Add Results for B”
• This will take you back to the routines main page where you will then hit “Complete Workout” to receive full tracking credit for this routine.
• Now that you have completed Part 1 and Part 2, your completed routine will appear in the past workout section as a green completed check mark.
